"Number One in the World and Number One in India form Joint Venture"

Rentokil India and PCI have today agreed to form a joint venture, creating the leading pest control services provider in India. The company aims to set new standards for customer service with countrywide operations across India, while introducing Rentokil’s global standard for pest control, industry-leading innovations and digital tools and services.

The joint venture will combine the strengths of both companies:

• To create the leading provider of pest control services in India.
• To become a larger business with shared values of respect for colleagues and outstanding customer service.
• To develop industry-leading service operations through the sharing of best practices, new innovations and the use of digital technologies.
• Rentokil will be the majority owner of the Joint Venture which will employ about 6,900 people and operate from 250 locations nationwide.
• The Joint Venture will run the two companies - as they are today - for some time to come.
• The management team and the way of working as a joint venture business will be established over the next 9 - 12 months. We want to take the time to get this right, so that we lay the foundations for many years of growth and success.
