Terms & Conditions

By opting for this offer, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the following Terms & Conditions.

• Validity: The offer is valid from 01/08/2026 to 15/01/2027.

• Services: Applicable on Cockroach, Termite, Mosquito, Bird Pro & Bed Bugs services.

• Eligibility: Offer is applicable to new Residential customers only (Jobbing & Contract) availing services between 01/08/2026 and 15/01/2027. Offer is not applicable for renewal customers.

• Offer For select services: The offer will be applicable on the MRP displayed on the Booking Portal, WhatsApp, or quoted by Call Center agents.

• For inspection-based services: The applicable cost shall be informed to the Customer only after inspection of the area/premises. The cost shall not be calculated based on the MRP.

• Availability: The offer is subject to the availability of personnel and service arrangements at the Customer's location. Customers are requested to contact the Company's representative to confirm service availability for their location.

• Reservation of Rights: PCI Pest Control Private Limited ("the Company") reserves the right, at any time, to replace this offer (wholly or in part) with another offer, whether similar or otherwise, or to withdraw it altogether.

• Additional Terms: Apart from these Terms & Conditions, the Customer shall also be bound by the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other specific terms and conditions provided by PCI Pest Control Private Limited for availing its services.

• Jurisdiction: This offer is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
