Rentokil Initial India has expanded its foot-print in the country by acquiring yet another pest control service providing company PestconePlus in the state of Gujarat for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition strengthens Rentokil Initial’s wide range of service offerings, customers base and core competencies, in line with its strategy to be “Experts in the Essential Hygiene”.
