By opting for this offer, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the following Terms and Conditions: 

• The offer is valid for the period starting from 19/08/2024 till 06/01/2025.
• Cockroach Services comprises of GoldSeal Service and GoldSeal Service 4D.
• Termite Services comprises of Termite Service Pre-Construction, Termite Service Post-Construction, Termiseal Green and Termite Baiting.
• Offer is applicable to all Residential - Jobbing & Contract customers.
• Offer applicable for new customers only. Not applicable for renewal customers.
• PCI Pest Control Private Limited (“the Company”) reserves the right at any time, to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
• Apart from these Terms & Conditions, the Customer will also be bound by the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy or any such specific terms and conditions as provided by PCI Pest Control Private Limited on their platform for using their services.
• Combo Offers will be serviced upon the same day by the Company.  
• The cost applicable for the services shall be informed to the Customer only upon the inspection of the area / premises for which the Customer intends to avail the Service and the same shall not be calculated upon the MRP.
• The offer is subject to the availability of personnel, arrangements for provision of services upon the informed location of Service. Customer shall contact the representative of the Company to check the availability for the location for which customer intends to avail the service.
• This offer is governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
